With distinct southern charm, our facility offers a relaxed, intimate atmosphere making it the perfect choice for individuals looking for a venue as unique as they are. At The Cedar Post Barn we guarantee that you, your day and your event details will be treated with the care and consideration that it deserves. The Cedar Post Barn offers an extraordinary setting for any occasion. Whether you are looking to have an indoor or outdoor event, our venue offers both. You have the option of celebrating in our newly built Chapel with wooden pews, outside on the front porch, on the grounds, inside our spacious rustic barn or on our stunning covered deck that sits over an alluring five acre pond. Our outside deck is not only covered but is insulated and has fans to keep you comfortable.

The venue package includes the day rental, seventeen 72” tables and additional seating for 35 on the side covered deck. The barn will accommodate a total of 275 guests. We also have additional tables for the wedding cake, grooms cake and food. We have a built-in bar area with a microwave and a refrigerator for your use. Our venue is air conditioned, heated and fully insulated. We have comfortable and well lit dressing rooms for the bride and groom. We also have a flat screen television if you would like to present a slide show of pictures. The venue is handicap accessible.

The price includes clean up after the event as well as during; four attendants will be there during the function to clean up spills, take trash out and make sure the bathrooms stay clean and stocked. It also includes time for setting up, breaking down your decorations, the wedding rehearsal and time for taking bridal or engagement pictures on the property. The Cedar Post Barn will provide a coordinator at the ceremony rehearsal to direct the bridal party procession and answer any questions.

Brides can get here at the venue as early as 8:30 am to begin their day. The reception is for 4 hours from the beginning of the ceremony. Extra time can be purchased at $250.00 per 30 minutes. Events can not exceed10:00 pm.

The price for the venue is $4800 for a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday wedding and for a weekday wedding the price is $3800. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your day. The first payment will be due 6 months prior to the event and the next and final payment is due 4 months prior to the event. If you choose to use our Preferred DJ, East Entertainment, you will receive a $200 discount…making the cost of the venue $4600.00.

The Cedar Post Barn offers an onsite caterer, Southern Traditions Catering, LLC. They are reasonably priced and have amazing food. They cook the day of the event with the freshest ingredients.
